Challenge groups

I have absolutely been the person that makes a commitment and quits! I hate that! I look back at my journey and what changed for me in finding success--it was SUPPORT! The support of my coach and a group kept me going!

Anyone can start but it takes MOTIVATION to continue onward towards your goals! With help you can begin your journey! Finding fitness was not just a physical journey! It was a mental one! To achieve lasting success you have to be ready for a LIFESTYLE change! With support from ME, I know you can achieve your goals! I can be there for you one on one to daily help you as you work towards better health and lasting fitness.

My Next Accountability Group Kicks off May 15th! 

In order to participate in one of my challenge groups, I MUST BE assigned as your coach! It's simple! If you do not have a FREE account, CLICK HERE to get one!  See the Current Promotion page to learn what groups I have kicking off!! 

**What if I already have a coach??

You have TWO options:

1) Reach out to your coach to see if they are offering a challenge group!

2) If you aren't working with your assigned coach and would like to switch to me, simply write in to CustomerService@beachbody.com and request to have your coach switched to Bekah Bruce (#269956).  This request takes 48-72 hours to be completed.

The premise of a challenge group is simple! I don't require any type of fee to participate!  I WANT to help you! But you must commit to the following:

1) You must choose an at-home Beachbody fitness program to complete.  If you do not have the own the one you want to complete, we can discuss your goals and what program would best help you reach them! (If you do need to purchase a program, chat with me how you can save 25-30% by ordering your program and Shakeology together as a Challenge Pack!)

2) You must commit to replacing one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 day challenge and follow the nutrition guide.  I am more than willing to  help with the first week's meal planning to get you started in the right direction! I will help you determine how much to eat and what to eat based on your goals and your program! This part is crucial! You can not OUTWORK a poor DIET!

3) You must participate in the group.  I want to motivate each person in the group and that is going to take you being engaged! I want to know how it's going, your feedback! Interaction in the group is one of the fun parts of this experience!!

If you can COMMIT to the above, I KNOW results will come! This is not a quick fix, fad diet, or magic pill.  This is real work for real, lasting results.  You aren't just doing this for 30 days.  Those 30 days will be the beginning of your new LIFE!!
